With 13 years of experience, Jason has worked in all aspects of the events industry and has a well-rounded knowledge base of what is required to make a truly successful event. Initially working in a crew hire role, Jason’s career progression has seen him become a business development manager through his hard work and dedication to working with clients, bringing their event concepts to fruition.

Hailing from Durban, South Africa, Lloyd has a decade of event technical experience in a senior role at an international level. With over 3 years’ experience nationally as a Technical Manager in New Zealand, Lloyd specialises in large scale conferencing and event design. Due to his extensive knowledge in modern AV Systems, you are in safe hands with Lloyd as your Technical Account Manager.

Mike McMinn is a young, energetic new member of the Vidcom team. He is the Account Manager for Eden Park. Mike has graduated from MAINZ Auckland with a degree in audio engineering and music production. He has a passion for music, audio, and creativity. Mike loves to get stuck into all aspects of AV and delivers an excellent customer experience from the first call until the completion of the event.

After working in Theatre Management and Audio-Visual events in the USA for 15 years, Leonie moved back to New Zealand with her family in 2015 to join the Vidcom NZ team as Auckland Operations Manager. In the role she focused on building a solid and talented technical team and updating Vidcom’s equipment base. Leonie’s previous experience in AV Asset Management has assisted Vidcom NZ in maintaining a sleek and technically current fleet of equipment. In 2020 Leonie was promoted to Auckland Branch Manager during challenging times for the entire industry.
