RANZCR needed to conduct and record interviews for 30–40 candidates, each 20 minutes long, across three rooms simultaneously. The recordings were to be reviewed and ranked by multiple medical professionals with only two weeks to complete the process.

Key requirements included:

• High-quality video and audio, with a camera angle focused solely on the candidate
• Room setups with 2–3 interviewers seated at a top table facing the candidate
• Precise editing—each video needed to be top and tailed
• Fast turnaround, with all video editing to be completed within 24 hours
