Oceania held their Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Hilton Hotel, welcoming 100 guests in person while livestreaming the event via the Computershare platform. In addition to the AGM, the client also required support for a full board meeting held earlier that day in the Hilton Boardroom and via Microsoft Teams.
The client had recently assumed responsibility for the event midway through its planning, taking over from the previous coordinator. With multiple moving parts already in motion and tight time frames, they were quickly getting up to speed.
