PRODUCT QUALITY APPROVAL
Vidcom pre-tests and approves all products for compliance to New Zealand conditions before including them on our inventory.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products Vidcom supplies carry a standard manufacturer repair or replacement warranty that is usually 1 year but this can vary according to manufacturer. Extended product warranties are also so available.

Service Contracts
A range of after-sale and equipment maintenance contracts are offered by Vidcom on products and installations.
Extended Product Warranty
This 3 year warranty is available on Vidcom supplied products to cover repair and replacement costs once the equipment is out of the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Support Services
From its service centres in Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton and Christchurch, Vidcom’s support teams provide delivery, installation, fault diagnosis and repair, and training. We have manufacturer trained engineers as well as contractual agreements with electronics engineers in other centres that collectively cover the country.
24 hour/7 day Service
Depending on location and your after sale contract we provide 24 hour, 7 day a week on-site servicing and public holiday’s phone support. Loan equipment is available should off-site repair be required.
Systems Installation
An assigned project manager coordinates Vidcom’s strict installation process for all meeting, conference and board room installations. This includes careful cable mapping to enable remote diagnostics; network management; rapid, systemised fault isolation and repair if needed.
Spare Parts
We carry a comprehensive range of spare parts for all the brands we actively promote.
VIDCOM CUSTOMER TRAINING
We offer comprehensive onsite training in standard packages or tailored as needed for your particular circumstances. Our trainers use friendly language and are sensitive to those with technology barriers. We aim for high staff acceptance ensuring your organisation gets the most out of its investment in the equipment.
