PLANNING FOR SUCCESS
Whether our clients provide a specification brief or not, Vidcom adheres to this proven planning process to ensure effective and efficient presentation environments.
The entire project is lead by a project manager and begins with consultation as the first step to clarify or develop your brief. This ensures we precisely understand your presentation expectations of the planned facility, AV equipment needs, integration of multimedia and control systems. We will also advise on any matters where value can be added. The project manager will equally work with designated architects or design consultants.
Vidcom’s AV systems specialist prepares the implementation plan integrating cabling and equipment. Where applicable a schematic of the facility is supplied to aid your visualisation of the outcome.
Schematic Illustrations: Equipment is specified and options provided when appropriate with a supporting rationale. Each item is quoted as are the training and support services. The proposal is then discussed with you to ensure it covers all your expectations.
Installation is carried out by Vidcom’s trained AV technicians. They are well experienced at fitting cabling, equipment and integrating the system. When called for they collaborate with trades-people you have working on the site. The entire installation process is overseen by the project manager.
While written training materials are supplied our service includes on-site user-training as a part of the project. If at a later time new users require training this will be provided.
